               Games are on Friday Nights.

              2Xl - Secondary Schools P4 Boys

                Games are on Thursday nights.

Girls -   1Xl - Secondary Schools P2 Girls

                  Games are on Friday Nights

              Junior/2Xl - Secondary Schools P4 Girls

                Games are on Thursday nights.

Juniors - not in 2026.

About: Kāpiti College competes in the Wellington Hockey College Competition in              Terms 2 & 3.

            At present the college has 1Xl & 2Xl Boys and Girls teams.

            Game nights are from Tuesday - Friday, depending on your grade.

            Practises are held on Mondays at Mazengarb Hockey Turf.

The college is looking for coaches for the 1Xl and 2Xl teams. If you can help please email Ali at the below email address.

Uniform: Uniforms are provided by the college for the teams.

                Black/White socks are required.

                Hockey Stick( if you need to borrow one, see Ali)

                Mouthguards and shinpads are mandatory to step onto the turf.

Fees:     1Xl Players - $250pp includes Transport charges.

               2Xl / 3Xl Players - $200pp. 

               Jnr players - $150pp, training at college. 

Fees must be paid prior to the start of the season at the finance office or                      online into the college account.

Please do not pay till you have been selected for a team.

All outstanding fees from 2025 must be paid to be eligible to play in the new 2026 season.

Hockey Pre-season Trainings and Trials:

Hockey Registrations will open mid Feb. Competitive and Social Teams Available, so all players new or experienced are welcome.
